Ratings and reviews

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I ordered few pairs of shoes, but the size was completely wrong. I requested an exchange, hoping for a better fit, but even the second pair was the wrong size. On top of that, the quality of the product was very poor and definitely not worth the price. The material felt cheap, and the overall look was nothing like what was shown in the pictures. I wouldn't recommend shopping here if you're looking for good quality and accurate

terrible, beisat sent me a WhatsApp message regarding my placed order that an item has a defect so they said they can't send that specific item so they gave me a choices to replace it, and I did choose and sent the replacement for that damage item.. but then they still kept that item in my cart and I still have to pay for it. I reached out to them but they ignored. I called them and they drop the call. don't order here a lot of market place to order from.. their items also are coming from temu..

I did not order from the app until now. From the various apps I am using I think it need more improvements in the categories section and in clarifying things within the categories. Plus it needs more verity in items or sizes options. The description of the items needs to bee more accurate
