I will never do shopping with beisat any more. I requested one dress 17 ro and it was very bad quality like some one wear it many times and I return it back, then I got voucher to use my credit again . .once I used my credit 17 ro again they add shipping fess even they announce that free shipping over 15. Then guess what item again not size like I request so I have to pay fees for diver to return then fees shipping again. It's like a joke they cutting money every time, plz don't shop with them

I regularly shop here and evrything seems to be perfect. But today I experienced the worse delivery ever! i was so disappointed about how the delivery guy rudely responds at me and didnt come twice on the time that he promised. What a shame! I will never forget that guy. I hope the customer service team will do something bout it to avoid spreading bad delivery service.
