BEL Smart Township Nivasi Samasye Parihaara App is a service provider App that enables responders to quickly view grievances online related to different department such as Civil Estate, Water and Mechanical, Electrical, Horticulture posted through various sources like text, videos, images etc, It provides a bird’s eye view of all complaints status ( Open, Closed, resolved, rejected, assigned etc)
It also provides information to other services in the colony/city such as Police, Fire, Ambulance, BEL Hospital and other helpline details for emergency situations. App also provides info of current news/events in the city, it provides other department officials contact details for assistance related to different services in the colony.
As a Responder,
It enables responders to quickly view grievances online related to a different departments and take necessary actions.
