Ratings and reviews

Every couple of weeks there's an issue and always on the weekends. I have to waste my time to fix someone elses mess. I also have to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to "help" "fix" the problem! Then suddenly my rate goes up because I reinstalled the app..........WE ARE DEALING WITH ENOUGH STRESS ALREADY! FIX THIS APP!!!

App is easy to use. Proof of insurance is easily accessible. I use the app mainly for the automerit feature. The only issue I have with it is that it gives you a bad driving review for using HANDS FREE (I do not use my phone when driving), otherwise, my driving habits are shown to be "safer than others". We will see if this causes issues with my insurance premium.

The idea is good, but I literally don't even look at my phone when I'm driving, so I constantly have to check my trips and distinguish between being a passenger, or a passenger using my phone, it's tiresome. I strongly disagree with the smoothness part of the app. There are too many factors like potholes, poor driving conditions and other poor drivers, for this app to accurately gauge my driving style. I'm not even sure that I'm seeing any savings by using it, so in the future, I may opt out.
