Ratings and reviews

Every couple of weeks there's an issue and always on the weekends. I have to waste my time to fix someone elses mess. I also have to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to "help" "fix" the problem! Then suddenly my rate goes up because I reinstalled the app..........WE ARE DEALING WITH ENOUGH STRESS ALREADY! FIX THIS APP!!!

Appealing well done app. However, Automerit says you're unsafe if you don't drive in the slow lane or turn corners like grandma. Can't check your phone while parked either. Very subjective evaluation of 'safety' penalising your rate for driving very carefully. You also need to manually fix the drives you were passenger. Quite a nuisance, not even mentioning the privacy question where they know everywhere you go, all the time.

The app overall is good, but I find that it's not always accurate especially the "smoothness". I'm wondering if it takes road conditions such as bad roads, driving on ice etc into consideration. It also doesn't record all my trips, but that's ok with me. One of the pros of having the app, it forces me to have good driving habits and more aware and alert. At first I really hated being monitored, but did it for a better insurance price. After signing up, I make every effort to follow their guide.
