Terrible experience, since the update I have been unable to view the news stories that I want to. I can click on a particular story but the app often chooses a completely different story to show me. I raised the issue with Bel Tel but was told that they weren't aware of any issue. I have since cancelled my subscription. The lack of help and understanding was actually worse than the issues that I encountered with the app. Terrible customer "service". Amateurs.

fantastic app. the only one that doesn't constantly talk about disease, sickness etc. unlike BBC total roots.

The one star is because of the way the app is run when you 'subscribe'. When you authorise your annual payment, they automatically retain details of your credit card. Even Amazon, the biggest data miners on the planet allow the option to not have them store your credit card details. When I contacted them about this, they stated they need the card details to keep the subscription, 'active'. Rubbish! They have no right to store my details. The media should do a story on this breach of my data!
