About this app

Bella Connect brings Bella rewards, product engagement and day-to-day business tools together in one secure mobile app.

Registered members can use Bella Connect to:

• Scan eligible Bella product QR codes and track reward activity
• View points, reward history, offers and programme updates
• Request eligible redemptions and follow their status
• Manage profile, payout and verification details securely
• Receive useful account, milestone and offer notifications
• Contact Bella support when assistance is needed

Additional tools are available to authorised retailers, distributors, sales teams and service technicians based on their assigned role. These tools may include customer and retailer management, visits and attendance, orders, collections, sales insights, service requests and field-work updates.

Camera access is used only when you choose a feature that needs QR scanning or photo capture. Location may be requested for specific field-work, service, scan or return actions. Reward scans and returns continue even if optional location access is declined.

Bella Connect uses mobile-number and one-time-password verification. Access is limited to eligible users registered with Bella or an authorised Bella partner.

Your privacy matters. Bella Connect does not sell personal information and does not show third-party advertising. You can review the Privacy Policy and request account deletion from within the app.
