Pay Commission is a fast, private calculator built for automotive salespeople. Set up your pay plan once, punch in this month's deals, and see an itemized estimate of your commission check: front-end gross, minis, packs, volume tiers, CSI, F&I splits, spiffs, bonuses, draws and chargebacks — each line shown so you can check it against your actual pay stub.
