The App was working fine, then after an upgrade on my Samsung Note 10+ it stopped working. I can enter the User and Password, then a Grey out "Disclosure" titled window opens, then nothing happens. It's stuck, I have to force close it. Called to Report the issue, never heard back nor the issue was resolved.

This app used to be amazing, now I type my login, it goes to a Grey disclaimer screen (which is blank), so I have to minimize the app, find the icon on my phone, hold it down, then select Accounts to get access. I figured they'd fix this eventually, but it's been 8 months and nothing... I can't be the only one with this problem. I have a samsung S22 Ultra.

Overdraft fees. I had this bank for a very long time and never had an issue. Anytime I over drafted. I was sent notifications and my account was frozen. Now, however they don't notify at all, and they will allow even more transactions to keep going through. With each transaction they charge their fee, again & again. This added up very fast while I was in the hospital and unable to stop the automatic charges. I don't agree with this change and cannot give predatory fees a positive review.
