I generally like this app as it is a decent banking app, but recently they've started trying to get me to turn on push notifications. Literally every single time I open the app its bugging me to turn it on and there is no option for "don't ask me again". I'm not going to turn on those notifications. Being annoying and attempting to be invasive is not the way to make your customers happy.

I used to rely on this app for regularly checking balances and activity. It had quirks like any app, but worked fine for my needs. For unrelated reasons, I recently had to factory reset my phone, and now the app is claiming it's not compatible with my device. It does not say why, and I have checked for device upgrades and everything is current. i have a Kyocera E7110, and the app was fully compatible as of about two weeks ago.

The app is only "easy to use" when it works. Lately it's hasn't been loading and when I want to find more information on something other than what's directly in my account it's hard to find that info. I would have to go to the main website for ( which isn't easy always easy to navigate either.). I DO like the newer feature of being able to see a quick snap shot of my main account, without having to log into my account and I really like the mobile check deposit feature.
