The app is only "easy to use" when it works. Lately it's hasn't been loading and when I want to find more information on something other than what's directly in my account it's hard to find that info. I would have to go to the main website for ( which isn't easy always easy to navigate either.). I DO like the newer feature of being able to see a quick snap shot of my main account, without having to log into my account and I really like the mobile check deposit feature.

silly, I spend money, and the app doesn't reflect that. I have had nothing but great experiences with the employees. BUT, the reason I use a bank/credit union, is to accurately record my spending and store my money. I've never experienced an issue with this until I banked with Belco. Multiple times in the last few months I've realized that the my current balance is incorrect. I've had transactions show up 3 days later than when I've spent. Keep track of your money on your own with this bank.

Overdraft fees. I had this bank for a very long time and never had an issue. Anytime I over drafted. I was sent notifications and my account was frozen. Now, however they don't notify at all, and they will allow even more transactions to keep going through. With each transaction they charge their fee, again & again. This added up very fast while I was in the hospital and unable to stop the automatic charges. I don't agree with this change and cannot give predatory fees a positive review.
