Belle Haven Planner keeps everything about your wedding day in one calm, organized place — built by Belle Haven Events for the couples we coordinate.

From your first planning notes to the final send-off, the app gives you and your coordinator a shared home for the details that make your day run smoothly.

What you can do:

- See your day-of timeline the moment your coordinator shares it — every moment, in order, from getting ready to the last dance.
- Fill out your wedding packet at your own pace: ceremony details, reception flow, wedding party, processional order, and more.
- Build your guest list and seating chart, with meal counts and dietary notes ready for your caterer.
- Keep your vendor list together — photographer, florist, DJ, and everyone else — with contact details a tap away.
- Message the Belle Haven team directly through Letters, so questions and answers stay in one thread.
- View your invoice and payment details, and download a copy whenever you need it.
- Share files and photos with your coordinator, and receive documents they send to you.
- Track your budget and a personal to-do checklist as the day gets closer.

Belle Haven Planner is made for couples working with Belle Haven Events, a Minnesota-based wedding coordination company, and for the Belle Haven coordination team. Access is by invitation from your coordinator.
