More often than not, the app will freeze on the sign-in loading screen, so you never get to see your accounts. On a good day, if you're lucky, it will go through and you can see a list of your accounts and what is in each. Trying to open one to see the activity history is another challenge, and the odds are painfully stacked against you. There is a lot of amazing technology missing from the bellwether app. You can't transfer funds from one account to another easily, you can't digitally deposit a check by taking a picture, and Web24 customer support can take up to 2 days to get back to you if you have any questions. There's no help for the app onsite at a bellwether office either, so if you thought you could ask a real person for help, you're mistaken.
I'm so sick of bellwether being so far behind the times. If I wasn't required to have a checking account because of my car loan, I would never have left Bank of America. Why can't you make anything simple? You've once again attempted to update your app, now I can't sign in at all. It's saying username is wrong, there's no option for help. There's no contact info on the screen to make getting help easy, even if there was, it's 6pm, so I wouldn't be able to speak to anyone anyways. Except someone who will ask me 50 questions to prove my identity and then tell me he can't help me but he can transfer me to a voicemail of someone who works at the bank and they will call me in 48 hours. (but the never call) all I want to do is pay my car note... But... I have to wait till business hours tomorrow... While I'm at work... Update the app by adding mobile deposit, customer service, and 24/7 assistance since the online banking always requires assistance. Last month my debit card was locked, the night before my sons bday. I worked late, finally got his gifts, only to get the dreaded declined at the register. Spend an hour trying to call for help, and finally get the answering service who can't do anything but take a message. The next day I take 20 mins to call the bank to find out my expiration date was changed internally for no reason. 1 second to fix but 12 hours too late. Stop trying to add features, try adding support, or around the clock assistance since you obviously can't figure out how to build a successful app.
Signing in sometimes takes two tries. It seems to freeze at the end of the loading status bar. And it seems like my device unregisters every once in a while. Other than that it works great. Transferring my auto loan payment is super easy.
Needs an easier login method (I.e. fingerprint) shouldn't require my lengthy password to access.

I liked the old app better. I'm having difficulties with transfering between accounts. Also, there used to be an Available balance and a Current balance. There is no longer. It makes it difficult to keep track of your transactions at a glance
