More often than not, the app will freeze on the sign-in loading screen, so you never get to see your accounts. On a good day, if you're lucky, it will go through and you can see a list of your accounts and what is in each. Trying to open one to see the activity history is another challenge, and the odds are painfully stacked against you. There is a lot of amazing technology missing from the bellwether app. You can't transfer funds from one account to another easily, you can't digitally deposit a check by taking a picture, and Web24 customer support can take up to 2 days to get back to you if you have any questions. There's no help for the app onsite at a bellwether office either, so if you thought you could ask a real person for help, you're mistaken.

In general, the app is pretty good for a local credit union. However, I suddenly cannot use the mobile deposit feature to deposit checks. Up until a few months ago, it worked great. Now the camera will not focus and no matter what I do the checks won't be accepted. Edit: The update has not solved the problem. I am still unable to deposit checks. 2nd Edit: I was able to deposit both of my checks, but in order to do so I had to uninstall and reinstall the app both times. Totally Ridiculous.
