Horrible experience with this company. It seems to be an amateur operation masked by an abundance of innovative high-tech marketing. Both tenants and owners may find the services unsatisfactory. Owners, I would recommend seeking out a local property manager instead who is focused on your market and can't afford to screw up. The app is limited in functionality and doesn't offer much utility. Do not install. Do not give them your bank information since there is no way to undo it.

This app was never useful and Belong Property Management service has fallen off an cliff. I can't say enough about how bad the overpriced maitanence program has begun. I also can't get a hold of my property manager even though there was an urgent appliance that needed to be replaced. I had to sent it there directly myself and no one notiefied the tenants and they were woken up at 645am when it was delivered. I tried to notify them and asked Belong to do it but they didn't. Overseas Mngt.
