Ratings and reviews

Terrible - slow, not user friendly, and doesn't even work for its intended purpose. I kept receiving unknown errors over several hours and attempts to link my card to my car for smart parking. Very frustrating

unable to remove a vehicle. it is not my car, but a friend's and they didn't know how to book the reserved parking so I did it for them. but now I cannot remove the car. and there is no contact information for the app.

Past version of the app wasn't perfect but was far better. It was more intuitive and simple to use. the new release from some months ago tries to be modern but instead it is complicated and hard to use, and is very slow with loading map and results. And I'm on the moe wifi now
