Horrible app. Was desperately looking for help finding clinical trials for my mother. In my hour of need they charged me 100$ just to have me describe to the "AI" the entire 11 years of treatments (which they already have in app), "AI" replied with a summary of that (again, available as a pdf in the app but you can't use that), finally replying 2 days later with 4 possible clinical trials, 2 of them are irrelevant, and 1 is not accepting patients. Use ChatGPT it costs less and more functional.

how do I unsubscribe and remove my payment information. this app is trash. You can't actually have a conversation with others, the stupid AI spends several paragraphs to repeat that it understands what you just said and then it tells you to exercise or some other off the wall response for example, to one person's question about not being able to get any sleep due to anxiety. so, AI's best supporting answer is if you can't sleep may as well be up doing jumping jacks! this is terrible advice.

If I could give this app -5 stars, I would. Concept is great. However, the app is useless. It does not remember you. I have to login by going through the terms of service each and every time I try to use the app. Then, I get booted out of the system randomly. Absolute garbage. I tried their website and you cannot access it online. Save yourself the frustration. It's bad enough dealing with a cancer diagnosis without the hassle of trying to use a worthless service. This is trash.
