in order to to update the firmware it wants access to my photos which is not happening. Everything in the app and website that could help with the lock, the brand and how everything's supposed to work is still being worked out. If I would have known what to expect or what I would have been working with I would have spent the thousand plus dollars on another product. Simple login out and then login back in isn't the solution for fixing any problems. Look at the dates for the product reviews.
