Customer support? Non-existent. Firmware upkeep? Non-existent. Android support? Pulled and no further explanation for android users on why they can't download the app. Absolutely gutted that they charge an arm and a leg for the door hardware just to shaft you on the software side. I'm super disappointed and will be sourcing a new door for our gyms going forward.

I'm literally standing here and I got 7 notifications about the door. Yes, I'm aware theres a door. Please do something about this. I cant turn notifications off. I've gotten 7 more just typing this review
