Respondents, who are invited to take part in project by Research Consultancies and Brands, upload in-the-moment videos, photos, screen recordings and text and engage privately on a one to one basis with Researchers.

I was recently contracted to use the Indeemo app for a product study. I felt the app was very user friendly and easy to operate. I was tasked with uploading photos and videos and it worked as it was outlined in their instructions. The task lists were very easy to read and the task requirements were outlined and summarized well. For studies such as these this app is very easy to use.

App worked fine through my assigned tasks. I was able to answer questions and upload pictures, until I completed all tasks. After I had all tasks complete, I did go in every day to see if any new questions had been loaded. Nope. Last day of the project a comment appears, saying all done, just answer my questions. Opened all tasks, saw no questions. Posted a response in a task because I couldn't reply to the comment. Company called told me to log out and back in, comments appeared. FYI to all!
