Ratings and reviews

I love most of the features, and it has the potential to be the best team management app I've ever used. With that said, though, I wish they would fix all the problems with the current features before trying to roll out new buggy-as-hell features. Load times are horrible sometimes when syncing data. The chatter will lag down so bad that it force-stops the app. The new UI makes it hard to find certain features. Update: They have fixed all the issues I've stated above. Great work!

Almost a year after giving it 4 stars I'm dropping to 1. Since updating in Jan it could be the glitchiest app I've ever used. Several messages to the help desk haven't produced results or have even gone unanswered. In response developer's May 6th comment: Yes, still having issues. Just this week spares that were not invited were able to check in and do so without paying. I emailed the help desk weeks ago. Was told it's a small org & fixes take time. This isn't much easier than a spreadsheet.

It's got issues, but I'm still here to support it. It's a pretty small dev team from my understanding, and they're consistently putting out updates & fixes; it's great to see they're always tinkering and improving things. My main frustration is that it freezes up frequently, especially in the chat function. Recently it's also been defaulting my main view to just one team instead of all teams. But overall, the functions are well thought-out, and I'll continue to use it and watch it grow.
