White label building fault reporting software. Primarily works to streamline and automate the process of reporting faults within properties. Tenants Hub allows residents of buildings to report a faults within their property with as easily as possible.
Maintenance personnel contact the tenant through the app to arrange an appointment to view and resolve the fault. Fault’s are then marked as complete. Building Management personnel can view the status of faults within their properties should they need to.
The app also allows for residents to communicate with each other using a virtual building noticeboard, view key documents and information about their properties.
