Ayushman is an official mobile app from Govt. of India.

Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY), is a flagship scheme of Government of India to provide cashless secondary and tertiary care treatment from the empanelled public and private hospitals providing coverage to more than 10 crore poor and vulnerable beneficiary families.

National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for the implementation of Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY.

Ayushman app can be used to make "Ayushman card" for beneficiaries to get free treatment up to INR 5 Lakhs.

We are pleased to announce the launch of official mobile application for beneficiaries and other stakeholders to access “Ayushman card” by themselves. Beneficiaries can avail other benefits of PM-JAY soon.

Ratings and reviews

Extremely slow. Tried logging in multiple times but the capchas are not updated in multiple places in both app and web versions. Where they can be seen, extremely difficult to read for young people (let alone sr citizens, who are the supposed beneficiaries). Tried for 2 hours, still not getting through.

App is not working properly. Everytime there is a connection error. I used the website to make the Ayushman card for my grandparents. Also, the bottom part of the app is coinciding with the navigation bar of my phone. Had to change the settings to make it visible.

Extremely user-unfriendly and annoying. Despite several painstaking efforts, and despite inputting the correct data every time (as an Operator), the process fails at some point or the other. For example, while verifying the correct 10 digits registered mobile no. (linked with Aadhar and ABHA card) it keeps popping up this the error msg: "Please enter registered 10 digits mobile number". Waste of time and effort.
