Ayushman is an official mobile app from Govt. of India.

Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY), is a flagship scheme of Government of India to provide cashless secondary and tertiary care treatment from the empanelled public and private hospitals providing coverage to more than 10 crore poor and vulnerable beneficiary families.

National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for the implementation of Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY.

Ayushman app can be used to make "Ayushman card" for beneficiaries to get free treatment up to INR 5 Lakhs.

We are pleased to announce the launch of official mobile application for beneficiaries and other stakeholders to access “Ayushman card” by themselves. Beneficiaries can avail other benefits of PM-JAY soon.

useless app, the government says they are giving benefits worth crores of rupees but what's the use when you can't even register on the app. spend some more and make the policies accessible to everyone atleast.

Great initiative by the honorable Govt. but app has bugs which needs to be fixed. First of all... If the location is not on... app break down automatically and it does not provide the time to turn on the location as location on most of the devices is turned off to reduce the battery drain. Second... Connection with the server is failed is a most common witnessed prompt. This is serious and needs addressing.

I am a CSC Operator and use this app for Ayushman card generation. On Samsung mobiles, the “All Family members card delivery” option does not work, while the same process runs smoothly on Realme devices. This seems to be a compatibility issue with Samsung devices/browsers. Kindly fix this soon as it is causing problems in card distribution work at CSC centers.

What’s new

1. Beneficiaries can now access services such as checking eligibility, downloading their E-card, viewing wallet balance, locating nearby hospitals, reviewing treatment history, and sharing feedback—without logging in—by simply entering their PMJAY Card Number.
लाभार्थी अब केवल अपना PMJAY कार्ड नंबर दर्ज करके बिना लॉगिन किए अपनी पात्रता जांच सकते हैं, ई-कार्ड डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं, वॉलेट बैलेंस देख सकते हैं, नजदीकी अस्पताल खोज सकते हैं, उपचार इतिहास देख सकते हैं और फीडबैक साझा कर सकते हैं।
