Ayushman is an official mobile app from Govt. of India.

Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY), is a flagship scheme of Government of India to provide cashless secondary and tertiary care treatment from the empanelled public and private hospitals providing coverage to more than 10 crore poor and vulnerable beneficiary families.

National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for the implementation of Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY.

Ayushman app can be used to make "Ayushman card" for beneficiaries to get free treatment up to INR 5 Lakhs.

We are pleased to announce the launch of official mobile application for beneficiaries and other stakeholders to access “Ayushman card” by themselves. Beneficiaries can avail other benefits of PM-JAY soon.

App is not user-friendly app keep on crashing useless waste of time. The people who made this app are useless. Work on it and fix this issue.

I read most of the reviews and my experience matched with most reviewers. I am still struggling 45 days later with the same problem, namely, that a card has been made for me but my address in it is wrong and my captured photo is not getting uploaded. Due to a health problem, I cannot visit any sewa kendra in person for corrections. When a government comes out with a wonderful and humane health scheme, it is the duty of the technical teams to develop a user-friendly digital platform too.

Great initiative by the honorable Govt. but app has bugs which needs to be fixed. First of all... If the location is not on... app break down automatically and it does not provide the time to turn on the location as location on most of the devices is turned off to reduce the battery drain. Second... Connection with the server is failed is a most common witnessed prompt. This is serious and needs addressing.
