Terrible Service and bad App Last year my work place switched FSA companies. The FSA company we had before was great to work with. They got our claims back fast and easy. This new FSA company, Benefit Resource Inc is far too slow in getting our claims back and they have a reputation of rejecting a lot of them. All I can say, is that some of us at work will probably skip putting into an FSA next year if Benefit Resource Inc is who we have to deal with.
Unable to log into the app, after numerous attempts using the same credentials that work on the web site. I only wanted to upload receipts, although judging by the other reviews that feature might not be working anyway.
Claims form not working Just downloaded the app today to submit a claim, but the form does not show up. Just a blank page. All other links in the app work fine.
I continually have issues with the PIN. It will take it for 1 claims then the next month I'll have to uninstall and wait a few days to reinstall because I get an error message about my PIN.

Great app when working. I've been using it for about 6 months now. Recently I can't even log in. It just keeps loading... and yes my log in info is correct.
