About this app

Voice by Enreach makes your communication easier! By using our EnreachCloud you can view the availability of your colleagues, view your call history, manage service pools and callback requests and much more.

Availability management - Change your status when you are busy, away, on lunch, on vacation and so on. Your colleagues can see immediately if you are available. You can also schedule upcoming availabilities for meetings or when out of office.

Directory - Contact details and availability information of your contacts are visible in one view. Now you know if your colleague is available or not.

Personal call history - View who called you and when. Play back the call recording or send an SMS or just call a missed contact.

Service pools - Join, follow and manage service pools. Add more agents when the lines are busy or monitor the status of service pools. You can also set notifications to let you know when a service pool needs attention.

Service call history - View the calls to service pools and all the details.

Call handling - See the callback requests waiting and call them back right from the app. Multiple callbacks from same contact are grouped together. Duplicate calls to same customers are automatically avoided.
