monthly earning fixed deposit and double benefit fixed deposit for both conventional and Islamic bgcb products are missing in the app. could you please update your app with those facilities. If I want to open a double benefit or monthly earning FD, I still need to visit a branch which does not align with your policy for having a mobile application. in addition, there are not many updates found in iOS. Last update was 7months ago. please update your iOS application accordingly.

The BENGAL iNSPIRE app has been crashed repeatedly after installing last update on 09.09.2025. The app is not working in my device anymore and not opening at all. Please resolve the issue ASAP.
