The forecast has become a weapon. Take the controls and fight to free the world.

Stormbreak is a story-driven, vertical arcade shooter built in Unity with original 3D assets created in Blender. Fly through ten chapters of changing scenery, enemy formations and boss battles.

CHOOSE YOUR JET
Inspect and rotate three 3D interceptors before you launch. Kestrel brings Slipstream speed and brief protection. Manta unleashes an EMP pulse. Bastion trades movement for Siege Mode firepower.

BUILD YOUR FIREPOWER
Collect and upgrade eight weapon types, including spread shots, lasers, rockets, rail shots and plasma. Recruit wingmen, improve their support fire and use Overdrive when the battle heats up.

TAKE ON THE CAMPAIGN
Face ten main bosses and 26 miniboss encounters across a world of coasts, deserts, forests, cities and machinery. Story scenes connect your battles to the resistance fighting the forecast.

FIND YOUR CHALLENGE
Choose from five difficulties, from Easy to God Mode. Practise unlocked stages, chase achievements and compete against your own local score records. God Mode sends a failed run back to the beginning.

PLAY YOUR WAY
Drag to fly, hold Focus for precision and activate your jet skill during combat. Adjust graphics, frame-rate targets, sound, vibration and screen shake to suit your device. Available frame rates depend on your phone and display.

Offline gameplay. No account required. No ads or in-app purchases. Progress and score records are stored on your device. Updates are delivered through Google Play.

What’s new

Stormbreak 0.8.4 improves update prompts, release notes and download progress. Update reminders wait until you leave a flight, while existing flight progress and achievements are retained.
