PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Arcanum does not require an account or connect your vault to an Arcanum server.

Your saved information is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. Arcanum does not upload or sync your vault contents.

The developer cannot view your vault, decrypt your saved information, or recover your PIN.

ENCRYPTED BACKUPS

Create an encrypted backup whenever you choose.

You control where the backup file is saved, including your device storage, email, cloud drive, or another destination you select.

Arcanum does not automatically upload backups.

To restore your vault, you need both the encrypted backup file and the correct PIN.

Uninstalling Arcanum removes the vault stored by the app on that device. Previously exported backup files are stored separately.

Arcanum 1.5 significantly improves password saving and Autofill reliability.

New and changed logins can now be saved more reliably from supported apps and websites, with improved local encrypted persistence.

Saved Autofill logins now synchronize directly with your Arcanum vault and are immediately available for future Autofill.

Also improves password-update handling, login field detection, and protection against duplicate or interrupted saves.
