Unprofessional work. Wasted my money on this. Rather i should have listen to my friends and go for a Asian paints. They haven't used a single machinary as shown in their fancy TV advertisements. Upon that that have assigned a local inexperienced painters who totally ruined my house.

Not recommended. The payment schedule for the painitng jobs are divided into stages. The first stage probably goes to Berger and rest to the dealer executing the job. The online payment is kind of worst. Personal experience- they took the money twice on the pretext that the 1st transaction was not sucessful, and I ended up paying the first installment twice. They don't have any automatic reversal of transaction in place. Customer support is non existent.

I had BXP service 4 months back for my exterior. I have opted for long life 10 and paid an exuberant price for it. But quality of work is very unprofessional. Forget about safe painting,there was no express painting tools. The people have even used low quality paint in some part of my house for which i have complained the customer care and the issue is still pending. Very disappointing.
