After I opened the account and gained access to mobile banking, the app stopped working. They haven’t acknowledged the issue, and it has now been three days with no resolution. It's really disappointing, both the app and the bank. I visited the physical bank, sent an email, and contacted customer support by phone, but there has been no resolution so far, and this situation is costing me time, money, and effort.

I have seen a very good improvements. But, you don't have a system to work on IPhone. Work on that. Also, I encourage if you hace a stamped receipt for any reimbursement. Thank you!

The bank and its mobile banking platform are highly disappointing. The staff appear to lack the necessary knowledge and competence to perform their duties effectively. The quality of service is unacceptable, and the mobile application interface is poorly designed and difficult to use. Overall, the bank fails to meet basic professional and operational standards.
