Berhan bank is my second fav bank. I love them so much. And their sys on USSD is marvelous. It's fast, responsive and reliable. However, The app is pure EVIL. It makes me want to through my phone. Why? Cuz before the current update. The app worked fine(not great😒). However, it didn't have Telebirr transfer (which is what i need the most). Then they bring this new update which can't even open to dashboard. It keeps sending me "server not responding". It's SO ANNOYING. 1/5 rating is too generous.

Setting up my new account was a frustrating nightmare. Glitches riddled every step, from signup to verification. Unhelpful customer support lacked app knowledge, unable to resolve issues. This unreliability casts a shadow on the bank. Strongly advise schools not to recommend for student payments.

The worse mobile banking app I have ever used in my entire life For begining the change language option don't work, u don't have the option to transfer to other banks , it takes so much time saying aouthorizng ,the worst theme and icons I have ever seen in a mobile banking app trust me there is a lot wrong in this app then I described and I haved a very bad experience in this app if there was a zero star rating definitely I was going for it
