Ratings and reviews

I have the latest version installed and every time I go to open the app it prevents me from using it and tells me to update to the latest version. Even when I can get in the dashboard is a confusing mess. All account activity is shown in one screen. I can't memo transfers. There's no organization. I don't get text alerts in real time, but whenever I do manage to open the app I'm flooded with text alerts for transactions that happened days ago.

The app is fine, I guess it's nothing extraordinary and nothing catastrophic. catastrophic. it's only getting 2 stars because I am unable to log in because it claims there is an update. there is no update in the app store and my phone says it's running on the most current version of the app. not being able to access my accounts to make sure that everything is as it should be is very frustrating edit because I uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still saying that there needs to be an update

I preferred the older version; the look of it, the ability to find items, save items, complete objectives quickly and efficiently. I have come to accept this new version, but things are missing that I am not pleased about, such as certain alerts. Alerts use to be so easy to set and to change, and there was the most important alert of all -- the daily balance alert. That's gone, confirmed by a rep, and it's infuriating! I've learned to adapt and make due, but I should not have had to do so.
