It's definitely not the best banking experience .. It seems like taking the time to set up banking alerts is in vain! Even though the app gives you the options to create phone/email alerts, it seems as if you don't log onto the app, then you will not get ANY alerts!!!! I was dealing with a sick child and I myself wasn't feeling well and didn't realize I didn't get any alerts/notifications in the last few days! Log into my account and see I was charged $514 in fees!!!!! No notifications!!!!!

I preferred the older version; the look of it, the ability to find items, save items, complete objectives quickly and efficiently. I have come to accept this new version, but things are missing that I am not pleased about, such as certain alerts. Alerts use to be so easy to set and to change, and there was the most important alert of all -- the daily balance alert. That's gone, confirmed by a rep, and it's infuriating! I've learned to adapt and make due, but I should not have had to do so.

Much improved over the previous app. This app is quick and responsive. The redesign took a little while to get used to, but it just works. One suggestion. The prior app allowed for notifications when my debit cards made a purchase; this one does not. Perhaps, I just can't find the setting in the new app. It is a very useful feature to me. Please include it in the next update. Thank you.
