About this app

JWrite is a note-taking app for Jehovah's Witnesses. Take notes at meetings, conventions and assemblies, and prepare your personal Bible study.

Notes and Bible verses
Write and format notes with bold, italics, colors and lists. Tap a recognized Bible reference, such as Matthew 24:14, to read the verses in the app. Download an available Bible in the app first; you can then look up its verses offline.

Preparation and programs
Keep notes alongside individual sessions in the available convention and assembly programs. Read the daily text and add your notes. Prepare dialogues for student assignments.

Find and share
Search your notes, pin the ones you need and export them as PDFs. You can also export and import a manual backup.

Free version and JWrite Pro
The app is free with ads. The optional JWrite Pro subscription removes ads, enables cloud sync with an account and provides offline access to previously loaded programs.

JWrite is an independent app and is not affiliated with the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania.

Ratings and reviews

While it has some good features, I didn't like it immediately popping up with an ad as soon as I went to make a note for the very first time. That's not helpful when you're at the meeting trying to take notes. I didn't realize you have to pay to be able to take meeting or assembly notes without worldly ads popping up.

I love the app, but too many ads.

Love the Concept. I wish it had handwriting implemented like OneNote.
