Prints the previous label fairly often, and there's no place to clear a cache so I dont know why this is happening. Frustrating to waste labels, or to realize you just put the same label on two different packages and could've potential had a mailing disaster, really would like this fixed over anything else. Also when you exit the app sometimes the printer will disconnect and not reconnect unless you turn the printer off, close the app, and start the process over. This is annoyong but manageable

the device itself ( mini and pro thermal) are great. the app is almost 100% pure trash. it will never update photos you wish to pull from gallery, it takes you down some back and forth BS between pages and selections, the word usage and vague descriptions are foreign to say the least. Please do better.

First & foremost, Though very vague, I did read the instructions (multiple times). To start with, The Bluetooth printer this app is made for is awesome but the app itself is just terrible! Overall its just a very bad UI; that's poorly designed, confusing, hard to navigate and lacking clarity. On top of that, I cannot get the printer to connect. Even when it says it's connected, it still acts like it's not & obviously if the printer isnt connecting then there's no way to use it at all.
