it does what it is supposed to do- print my shipping labels. But I have 2 issues. 1) Sometimes the app gets stuck in an error state, requiring me to turn off and on Bluetooth then restart the app. Inconvenient but i found a workaround. 2) When the app prints order #2, it will print out order #1's label even though order #2 is selected. It wastes labels this way, and sometimes I don't catch it right away, risking me sending the wrong order to the wrong house. I have to double check everything.

First & foremost, Though very vague, I did read the instructions (multiple times). To start with, The Bluetooth printer this app is made for is awesome but the app itself is just terrible! Overall its just a very bad UI; that's poorly designed, confusing, hard to navigate and lacking clarity. On top of that, I cannot get the printer to connect. Even when it says it's connected, it still acts like it's not & obviously if the printer isnt connecting then there's no way to use it at all.

I couldn't get it to connect until I followed another reviewer's advice and turned on my phone's location setting. It's not enough to just turn on Bluetooth and give the printer location permission when prompted. You have to turn on your device's location setting and leave it on while using the printer. Once I did that it worked perfectly. There are lots of templates and design options that appeared in the app and were easy to use once it was properly connected.
