The app doesnt deserve even a single star as it only causes anxiety and waste of time. It starts and shows the details of the latest bill for the customer id or connection id. Then there are 3 options going for right to left: view bill, pay bill, group bill. When the vie bill option is chosen, the bill appears but the pay button at the bottom is frozen.Next if we hit the pay button, it'll open to show the bill amount but the the pay button is not visible. the same isse with group pay. Waste!

I downloaded it mostly to track power cuts, but you'll be as in the dark as you were before you had the app, no pun intended. Whether the power cuts are scheduled or unscheduled, bescom either doesn't update it in the system, or the information it provides will be completely wrong. The app itself is terrible and not user-friendly at all. It asks you select the account again and again. I need to close and reopen the app many times for it to just recognise my registered account.

App is not working properly. It used to work for simple display of monthly bill and payment option. I guess there is some issue and it is not working properly. It's showing the bill amount zero and won't accept when I try to make the payment. Bill amount is not reflecting when the bill is generated. And other functions are anyway not accurate and not working. Officials to be noted please.
