With the pflegetipp app, it's now even easier to conveniently book and manage your personalized care package – tailored to your individual needs.

We operate throughout Germany as a reliable provider of care aids – with a clear focus on high-quality products, customized packages, and excellent customer service.

Your legal entitlement (from care level 1) to care aids – simply use it digitally
People in need of care with a recognized care level are entitled to care aids worth up to €42 per month if:

- there is a need for care aids,
- care is provided at home by a private individual (e.g., a relative).
- During inpatient stays (e.g., short-term care, rehabilitation), this entitlement is temporarily suspended.

How it works:
Select care aids – put together your customized package directly in the app.
Submit a cost reimbursement application digitally – we automatically transmit your application to the responsible long-term care insurance fund.
Delivery upon approval – Once approved by the health insurance company, we will begin your monthly supply.
The app allows you to change your product selection at any time. The delivery interval can also be flexibly adjusted – tailored to your actual needs.
