Care Tip – Your Care Supplies Easily via App

With the Care Tip app, it's now even easier to conveniently book and manage your personal care package – tailored to your individual needs. We operate nationwide as a reliable provider of care supplies – with a clear focus on high-quality products, customized packages, and excellent customer service.

New: Convenient Data Capture via NFC Scanner

To make applying for your care package as easy as possible, the app now features an integrated NFC scanner. Simply hold your health insurance card to your smartphone to automatically read your insurance data.

This eliminates the need to type in long numbers, preventing transmission errors. Of course, manual data entry remains available as usual.

Easily access your legal entitlement (from care level 1) digitally

Individuals requiring care with a recognized care level are entitled to care supplies worth up to €42 per month if:

* there is a need for care supplies,
* care is provided at home by a private individual (e.g., family members).

Note: This entitlement is temporarily suspended during inpatient stays (e.g., short-term care, rehabilitation).

Here's how it works:

1. Select care supplies: Create your individual package directly in the app.

2. Enter your data: Use the new NFC scanner for your health insurance card or enter your data manually.

3. Submit your reimbursement application digitally: We automatically forward your application to the responsible long-term care insurance provider.

4. Delivery after approval: After approval by the insurance provider, we begin the monthly supply.

The app allows you to change your product selection at any time. The delivery interval can also be adjusted flexibly – entirely according to your actual needs.
