App doesn't work. I don't know my password so when I press the 'forgot password' button, only an error page appears

Should stop using gray color fonts and stick with black only. Gray is hard to read when background is White

MY EXPERIENCE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD WITH AN APP. IT IS ALMOST 6 MONTHS WHEN I STARTED TO ASK FOR HELP BECAUSE THE APP DO NOT WORK. I ALSO ASKED THE HELP OF MY AGENT AND UNTIL TODAY I COULD NOT HAVE THE APP WORKING. IT IS A SHAME . IF I NEED SOMETHING AND TRY TO GET HELP USING THE APP I AM IN A VERY BAD SITUATION. YOU AT BEST DOCTORS HAVE THE RESPONSABILTY OF MAKING IT WORK. I PAY VERY EXPENSIVE FOR MY INSURANCE AN DHAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE ALL MY ASSITANCE WORKING 100% . PUT THE APLICATIO
