This app is terrible and needs tons of adjustments. It's confusing and not helpful with showing when your balance is due or when your promotional balance ends. There's so many things that needs improved. I suggest them looking at carecredit app, chase, bank of america.. any of them are better than this tbh and as soon as I pay off my balance I won't be using this card again due to the app. It feels that they don't want me to know when due or promo ends because they want me to pay all the fees.

Can't get statements or transactions through the app. You need to go to the website for both of these. It will tell you your current balance but will not show you previous months balances. They all show at zero. Recent transactions show nothing as well. Plus every time I go to log in it tells me I need to update but there's no update available.

Worst credit app I ever used! This app tells me I have no card to manage. If it does show a card, it then doesn't show all the transactions. I called and asked for statements. I never got any. I had quite a few credit transactions back to my account for returning some purchases I had made, but it doesn't reflect it on my balance. The balance is way higher then what it actually is supposed to be. I have stopped using this card, and will NEVER use it again. This company is way too sketchy for me!
