With the app, you get direct access to the exercises that your physiotherapist recommends, you can follow your development and give the physiotherapist feedback that you have performed the exercises and how it went. You can also communicate directly with your physiotherapist if you have questions about exercises or your course of treatment.
The app is not a treatment tool or a drug, and the app is used at your own risk.
