Paid for a parking spot and went to the lot but they turned me away as they were already full. Ended up paying for a somewhere else that wasn't on the app. Tried to get refund, but customer service took over a week to initially respond and over a month to fully remedy only to receive less than half the total amount in app credits. As someone who doesn't own a car and just needed for one off instance, was a tough experience.

Unexpected - customer service is incredible! We paid for our parking spot but it was Saturday night in a busy place, we couldn't find any parking. We called to get a refund but instead they dispatched us around the block where there was additional parking and saved the night! A live person picked up the phone on Saturday night and gave us what we needed! A+ service. Will be using for all my parking needs whenever possible and recommend to all friends. Keep up the good work!

It used to be a helpful app, now it's almost unusable. The in-app map shows several $0 parking locations with the info "There's a 100% discount at this location." These can't be booked as it's an error. It's very disappointing and it makes it not possible to use the app for these locations, which are often the closest to where I want to go, at all. It shows a page with incorrect times (consistently 7pm to 7pm) and no options appearing.
