You guys are not reliable at all. Just lost 5.12GB of data. Was successful, my money debited yet the creditor number didn't receive any data alert. This is so frustrating, all other app I know reverse but you guys do away with people's money even after the data wasn't credited. Something should be done.

Have a very poor customer service And when they don't deduct money for a transaction that didn't go through they don't refund neither do they forward the data. Until they work on their system I will not use it. Cus I've lost too much money to them.

If I can rate this -5 stars I'll have been very happy, this is worse, they were good at first but now if you fund your wallet please forget about the money cause you'll receive a mail from monnify that they have received your payment but this bestwaysub will refuse to reflect the payment on your wallet, and if you contact the customer service both email and Whatsapp it's a waste of time cause there'll be no response, for Whatsapp they'll keep coming online but won't respond to you, thieves
