I ordered over a week ago and my order hasn't even shipped out yet, it is still processing. This is my first time ordering for them and will be my last. The app itself only shows the first picture of a product and then no others will show. I haven't found a way to contact customer service nor a way to cancel my order. The price of the clothes are much higher then shein I'm assuming along the same quality, I can't yet say for sure because they haven't mailed my items yet. Very disappointed!!

1st, I have been a happy Bellelilly shopper for a loooong time! I have a ton of clothes from this shop. I've been using the app for a few months or so and I honestly don't know what's up with it but it is mind numbingly slow! Like old school Dial up internet slow! It I mean I've never seen more than one pic of an item that I'm interested in. It won't load any more than that. Every time I close the app it logs me out and I have to log back in and hope my items are still in my cart. Help me 🖤🤪

Crooks. Took 3 weeks longer to receive shirt than it said! Shipped from China I guess. It was too small contacted customer service and they said, "Dear customer, it would cost you too much to return shirt. Please buy it again at the correct size and we give you 15% off.". This is customer service? Don't believe their website or this app. Awful customer service and awful products. I lost out on $40.
