Ratings and reviews

I've been using betfair exchange for years. It has never been as bad as it is now. Constantly lags - a restart resolves the lagging, but not for long. Error processing bets - all the time atm. It takes the bet, but the error message makes you think you haven't, so you bet again, and end up with twice intended stake. Crashes - when scrolling through fixture lists. It was pretty much fine for years with no real issues to speak of. I'm not sure what has changed recently. Please fix.

The performance of the current version of this app is shocking. It takes at least 30 seconds to complete any action. Every week, I put a small bet on my Super 6 accumulator. This week, I knew it would take 10 mins with this app to get it done, so didn't bother. For the first time in about 2 years, I would actually have won. I missed out on around £100 because this app is unusable. Tried clearing data, uninstalling / reinstalling, using data / wireless... Performance-wise, worst app I've used.

Not used this app for a while until today and had to update it. As soon as I picked any teams, my bet slip filled the bottom half the screen on my phone and I couldn't get it off (could only get it to fill the whole screen) so I'm then looking for other teams in a tiny little window at the top of the screen. Much preferred the old system where your betslip was in the top corner and you clicked it to open it. What an awful app to use now. Avoid.
