You should mirror features from Starbucks app. Items shouldn't cost more to order ahead and use the app. There's no search feature forcing you to scroll through all items. There are no nutritional facts like basic calorie count. Can't add money to your account; need to rack up individual gift cards or pay each transaction. Overall, bad experience compared to other apps.

Best. App. Ever. It's super easy to order and very nicely designed. And, especially on the weekends, I just order from my driveway, then leave. I drive up, park, walk across the drive thru line of usually 10-12 cars and grab my coffees that are ready and waiting on the 'to go' table outside. It feels like everyone is looking at me thinking, "how did he do that?"... just use the app. I love the "reorder" feature as well! I always order the same thing, so reorder makes it even easier. 5 stars

First time ordering via drive-thru and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I ordered a Hazelnut Divinity, Banana Matcha, Chili Crunch Wrap (yummy), and a Bacon Ciabatta(mmm). The drinks and food items were absolutely delicious and I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely going back to try other menu items. 😋
