The menu's a bit haphazard ordering different things because of collapsing groups. Eh. What makes the app useless, though: I have to enter my card information manually every time. If I save it, my card is declined the next time, but leaves a "saved card" that I _can't delete._ I have to add a second entry for the same card, and then repeat the cycle every time. I'd love to get BB over others (mostly for the Mexican Mocha), but this app has forcefully prevented getting my business.

Best. App. Ever. It's super easy to order and very nicely designed. And, especially on the weekends, I just order from my driveway, then leave. I drive up, park, walk across the drive thru line of usually 10-12 cars and grab my coffees that are ready and waiting on the 'to go' table outside. It feels like everyone is looking at me thinking, "how did he do that?"... just use the app. I love the "reorder" feature as well! I always order the same thing, so reorder makes it even easier. 5 stars

app is annoying. they auto add a tip, & if you don't want to leave one, it is challenging to get it to zero. Why would I leave a tip for ordering myself, & my drink being placed on a shelf for any random person to tamper with? employees lack in warmth & fail to greet people when walking in. luckily, clients keep me returning because the coffee is epic. also, maybe consider more outlets. If I'm working, I'll spend 2-3x more.
