I'm trying to login to my better life account to top up my data but after I have input my pin, this is what it brings saying ( My account is active on another device, Verification needed to use it here). I was surprised to see that, cos I'm obviously using the same device. And now I have been waiting to receive code on my Gmail/ mobile number, and I can't see any code till now. I even reached out to their customer support and funnily enough, they didn't respond (and it's more than 24hrs now)

This app is a complete disaster. Ever since I transferred to it, it refuses to open. Linking my NIN and BVN does not work, and it keeps saying “please connect to the Internet” even though my internet is fine and all other apps work. I contacted customer care on WhatsApp and even called them, but they completely ignored me. Now my money is stuck, and I still cannot access the app. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable 😡.

I really can't tell if this app is good or not, cause at times I will urgently make data or airtime for my customers and it will be successful instantly but most times the only problem I use to have is this "Something went wrong" when I have customers waiting for their airtime or data to be transferred. Please I just download this app recently and I have been thinking of referring it to my friends but with this issue of "Something went wrong" always am not sure I can continue to use this app.
