I'm trying to login to my better life account to top up my data but after I have input my pin, this is what it brings saying ( My account is active on another device, Verification needed to use it here). I was surprised to see that, cos I'm obviously using the same device. And now I have been waiting to receive code on my Gmail/ mobile number, and I can't see any code till now. I even reached out to their customer support and funnily enough, they didn't respond (and it's more than 24hrs now)

This app is a complete disaster. Ever since I transferred to it, it refuses to open. Linking my NIN and BVN does not work, and it keeps saying “please connect to the Internet” even though my internet is fine and all other apps work. I contacted customer care on WhatsApp and even called them, but they completely ignored me. Now my money is stuck, and I still cannot access the app. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable 😡.

This is the most useless App I have ever come across, it's so annoying that there's no time you want to add funds to your wallet that its done without having to wait for days before you would be credited, it quite so disgusting that they don't have a dependable means of funding your wallet and get instantly credited aside this there WhatsApp customer service is so poor that you have to wait for days before your complains are addressed.
