First time I download the app, I open it, it says I need to download the updated one and only gives me one button that links me to the play store to download it again. If I try to download it again, it just has the option to open it because I ALREADY have it installed. And the infinite loops repeats, the app never lets me in. I I installed and reinstalled, restarted my phone a few times and just gave up. This app is useless. Update: 5/3/2022 App is still useless. Can't even sign into the app

The App has really improved and it's incredibly helpful. I love bettervet, in general , from their team administrative staffers , our Vets & Nurses, even their associated, outside vendors. The App which I had once dreaded using, I now actually enjoy using! It's efficient, informative and links to all kinds of information to help us achieve the task at hand. Great job, folks, it's improved 100%.

Very much WorseVet. My mobile vet that I have to use was acquired by BetterVet, so I'm forced to use them now. Took 35 minutes to book an appointment because their system was convinced my address was not within my zip code, then another 30+ minutes to get any customer service to find out if I can actually talk to a human to prepare for the vet visit, because my very spicy cat requires a lot of medication and prep for vet appts. Over an hour into this process and still nowhere near being done.
