This app is so easy to use. Making appointments for your fur babies has never been easier and communicating with the vet is equally effective and easy.

First time I download the app, I open it, it says I need to download the updated one and only gives me one button that links me to the play store to download it again. If I try to download it again, it just has the option to open it because I ALREADY have it installed. And the infinite loops repeats, the app never lets me in. I I installed and reinstalled, restarted my phone a few times and just gave up. This app is useless. Update: 5/3/2022 App is still useless. Can't even sign into the app

I can't add my pets to the app. It shows the reason as "small maintenance" for 3 days now. I sent an email to the support option as well but have not heard back yet. This doesn't look good for this company so far. I'm disappointed because I really liked the idea of keeping my dogs at home for a very visit.
