EV abnormal diagnosis solution 'EVcheck'

Electric vehicle battery data acquired through OBD2 is transmitted from SI (Smart Indicator) to Battery Y Cloud through the smartphone of the electric vehicle user. Battery data acquired from the cloud is analyzed in real time for battery aging, stress, and cell-specific abnormalities based on Battery’s proprietary diagnosis technology. Diagnosis results are informed through the SI's LED and voice, and detailed information can be checked on the user's smartphone.

EVCheck diagnoses and analyzes electric vehicle battery data in real time with over 50 IPs, an advanced battery diagnosis technology that is on a different level, through an automated BaaS platform that covers the entire process of EV battery data collection, compression, preprocessing, and storage.

2. Simple and accurate with a smart indicator

During vehicle operation, important battery diagnosis details and abnormal alarms are notified in real time through a smart indicator. Diagnosis details on battery safety, such as battery stress level and battery abnormality, are expressed in an easy-to-understand manner by the driver through LED lights and voice.

3. Reliability UP with guarantee program

In the event of a fire after not diagnosing an abnormality, the remaining battery value is compensated to ensure the reliability of the diagnosis system. As the first program in the industry, it is an expression of confidence in EVCheck's battery diagnostic technology.
