About this app

V-LINK is a dispatch management app that manages corporate and organizational shared vehicles in a single workflow from reservation to return, allows direct control of vehicle doors via smartphone Bluetooth (BLE), and enables real-time map monitoring to check vehicle location and status.

■ Vehicle Reservation

Selecting a date and time allows you to view available vehicles at a glance. You can filter shared and departmental vehicles and make a reservation easily by entering the driver, passenger, and destination. You can also easily track schedules for each vehicle through the reservation status timeline.

■ Bluetooth Door Control

When the reservation time arrives, you can unlock or lock the doors by approaching the vehicle via smartphone Bluetooth. It is convenient as you can use the vehicle with only your smartphone, without a separate car key.

■ Real-time Vehicle Monitoring

You can check the vehicle's current location, driving status, and State of Charge (SOC) in real-time on Naver Maps. You can quickly check the vehicle's status by filtering by status, such as driving, charging, or parked.

■ Return Management

When use is finished, complete the return by entering the return location and any special notes within the app. Information such as usage time and mileage is automatically recorded.

■ Reservation Approval (Administrator)

Users with administrator privileges can approve or reject reservation requests from employees and control the doors of managed vehicles even without a reservation.

■ Notifications

You can receive push notifications for pre-reservation, reservation start/end, return completion, and announcements, and you can turn notifications on or off by type.

■ Usage History

You can view and manage past vehicle usage history by vehicle and period.

■ Security

It supports biometric authentication (fingerprint/face) login and protects user information using a secure token storage method.
