Cannot place orders with saved payment info - I either have to enter in my credit card every or use the desktop website. It brings me all the way to "Your order is confirmed, heres the order number and we will email you" But I never get the email and calling the store they say they never got an order. Been like that for weeks. Also the "Offers" tab is broken; Nothing ever shows up there. Considering inside the APP is advertised the 'New Website' - I figure this app is dead - Uninstalling.

Garbage. Didn't work before, and now when I try to open the app, I get a screen that directs me to download the app on Google Play/App Store...so I take it that it's just loading some webpage. Oddly enough, I have the app. You know, the one that's telling me to download the app I have. For a place that prices its products $5-10 more than competitors, you can't afford to develop a working app? I'll gladly drive another ten minutes to shop at total wine, which is better in every regard.

Hello Clark Ryburn, it looks like you have an older version of the app installed on your device. The update process should have taken care of this. Please uninstall the app from your device and install the most recent update from the Play Store. The version number is 20200502. I hadn't been on the app in awhile, but I wanted to shop for a couple of bottles. I tried opening the app and all I got was the opening page that says "BevMo". I waited for a couple of minutes and STILL nothing! I uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping that would work, but nope!! NO HELP!! I tried it again after posting the previous review and got past the start page to the sign in page and guess what happened! I GOT STUCK THERE!!!! Time to find a different place to buy my booze I guess!
