the app does not work at all. don't bother. you're able to enter your information to create an account or find a bike, but cannot add payment information to actually use the bike. this issue is also on their website. seriously a waste of time.

Bycicles are amazing, but this app, show you certain price and at the end of your ride you notice is 4 times more, and crazy amount, day pass is not working, just 45 minutes "free" and then every 30 minutes $3. So quite crazy, better go to a bike shop. Rent 1 nice bike for $50 all day long. No costumer support or money back.

Downloaded this app to attempt to use the bike share at a kiosk. It refused to accept two different cards I tried to use, which I use every day. When I called customer service, the reps wanted me to just give out all my card information to them over the phone, as if they didn't have enough sense to realize that is sensitive information. Don't waste your time. It's too bad, because it would be nice to be able to bike share.
