Resident Letter helps deliverers manage assigned delivery jobs from start to finish.

Deliverers can view their assigned jobs, access order details, consult delivery information, communicate with other assigned users, and track delivery progress on the map. Each job can contain multiple deliverers, with one captain responsible for checking the print job and starting the delivery process.

During an active delivery, the app supports location tracking so that progress can be tracked on the map. Deliverers can pause, resume, or complete their delivery and can assist other deliverers within the same job once their own delivery is finished.
