About this app

BEXEL CDE is the mobile companion to the BEXEL Common Data Environment — the platform construction and BIM teams use to keep project documentation, issues and approvals in one controlled place.
Sign in with your BEXEL account and pick your regional server; the app shows only the projects your license gives you access to.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
Projects
• Browse every project you have access to, with search and quick filters
• Open a project and jump straight to its documents or issues
Documents
• Navigate the project folder structure
• Preview documents directly in the app — PDF, Office files, images and text
• Download files or share them with other apps on your device
• Upload photos and files from your device into project folders
Issues and approvals (BCF)
• Review issues, approvals, document sets, discussions and check lists
• Filter by status, type, assignee or date — including archived items
• Create new issues with snapshots, priorities, deadlines and participants
• Add comments and attachments, and follow the discussion on each issue
• Act on approvals assigned to you
Notifications
• See project activity you are subscribed to while the app is open, without refreshing

WHO IT IS FOR
Project managers, BIM coordinators, site engineers and reviewers who need their project data on site, not only at the desk.

REQUIREMENTS
A valid BEXEL account and access to a BEXEL CDE server. The app is used together with the BEXEL CDE web platform; it is not a stand-alone product and does not create accounts.
